Accommodation at Long Beach, the new Sun Resorts’ hotel at Belle Mare on the East Coast of the Island.

Competition includes 2 rounds of Pro-Am format followed by the Mauritius Open with Pros from the European Tour, Senior Tour, Challenge Tour, Sunshine Tour, Ladies Tour & Alps Tour

This golf event is open to amateurs from all over the world and to Professional Players who want to bring a Pro-Am team and participate to the Mauritius Open.

Format and programme:

Practice Round
12th December
One day of practice per person is included in the package
Evening: Welcome Cocktail at Long Beach

Long Beach / Air Mauritius Pro-Am
13th December, 1st Round
14th December, 2nd Round

Format: 4 players per team (1 Pro with 3 amateurs)
Evening: Pro-Am Prize-Giving Cocktail + Draw for the Mauritius Open at Long Beach

Standard Bank Mauritius Open

Professionals: individual strokeplay
Amateurs series: individual stableford
Serie 1 (from 0 – 9), Serie 2 (from 10 to 24)
Evening: Prize-Giving Ceremony and Gala Dinner

Handicap Limit: 24 for men and women

Other Notes of Interest:

-Individual package including the accommodation cost, the return flights and the airport transfers. For the Pro-Am, the client will be placed in a team.

Registration Fees (for amateur players only): €350 per golfer

This fee includes the practice round & the 4 rounds of golf at Le Touessrok Golf Course, the golf carts, the transfers (Long Beach – Le Touessrok Golf Course – Long Beach), the cocktails, hosted dinners and the giveaways. To be paid in Mauritius upon check-in.

Non-golfers Fees: Euro 200 per person
This fee includes the transfers (Long Beach – Le Touessrok Golf Course – Long Beach), the cocktails, hosted dinners and the giveaways. To be paid in Mauritius upon check-in.

Land Transfers (if needed) :
Airport – Long Beach – Airport. €45 per golfer

Conditions for Professional Players:
-Free accommodation at Long Beach when accompanied by 3 paying amateurs
-No registration fees to participate -Free accommodation for spouse (+ Eur 200 non-golfers fees for the spouse and kids supplements if applicable)
-Complimentary Airport Transfers (excluding spouse and children)
-The Pros are entitled to the Prize Money during the Mauritius Open (see table below)
-Professionals should submit their Bank Account details in order to receive the prize money.

This is a very good opportunity for Golf Club Professionals to participate in a Pro-Am with 3 amateurs and at the same time participate in an Open with European, Challenge, Senior and Ladies Tours players.

The competition fees also include an additional practice round and 3 cocktails at Long Beach with all the players, the Pros, the international press and the organizers.
