South Africa

Cape Town is the second largest city in South Africa and has become one of the top ten holiday destinations in the world. Visitors will enjoy a Mediterranean climate which is both comfortable and warm when playing on the lush green golf courses, if you are unsure of when to travel then we would recommend that you book between the months of November through to April.


Spain

The province of Almeria, known as the sunniest (over 3,000 hrs of sunshine a year) and driest, making it an ideal all year round golf holiday destination. For visiting golfers the area is split into two with four courses in the South Envia, Playa Serena Golf, Alboran Golf and Golf Almerimar and three courses in the North Desert Spring, Marina Golf and Valle del Este close to the resorts of Vera and Mojacar. Almeria is growing in popularity with golfers and is now being recognised as one of Europe’s premier golf destinations, a popular area is Almerimar located on the southern coast ideally just 20 minutes drive from the airport, the golf course offers 27 holes accompanied by two other courses just a short drive away in La Envia and Playa Serena.


Spain

The Costa Blanca is growing in reputation with golfers all over the world, with its reliable climate, great hotels, golf courses and overall a great golfing destinations providing good value for money. The airports of Valencia, Murcia and Alicante provide a good service of flights, and with local area growing all of the time the choice of golf courses and accommodation makes it ideal for all. The combination of lovely beaches, good nightlife and varied hotels/apartments, makes the area well worth a visit. Alicante, Torrequebrada and the golfing estate of Villamartin provide not only a close proximity to some great golf courses but an abundance of bars and wide range of restaurants.

Easily accessible from Girona, Barcelona the area is growing in popularity due to an increase in quality golf courses, choice of accommodation and flights departing from the UK. Less rainfall than the Costa del Sol which makes for great golfing weather for the majority of the year. It is accessible from Faro Airport and the area commonly regarded as the “Spanish Algarve” provides beautiful countryside, good quality and value for money golf courses making it a suitable alternative.

The new and exciting Nicklaus Golf Trail in Murcia provides golfers with a choice of two fantastic hotels, a great selection of self-catering apartments, townhouses and villas with the choice of four golf courses to play. The courses are of the highest quality offering golfers a 9 hole course at Mar Menor, 18 hole at La Torre, El Valle and Hacienda Riquelme all of which are championship courses that have been created by the legendary Jack Nicklaus and are will within close proximity to each other.
