HOW DO I CHECK PRICES AND AVAILABILITY?

HOW DO I OBTAIN A PERSONAL QUOTATION?
We will he happy top provide you with a tailor-made golf quotation over the phone of your ring our team on +44 (0) 161 703 5811 or alternatively you can complete the Request a Quote form and we will send you a quotation by email.
DO I HAVE TO TRAVEL ON A PARTICULAR DAY?
The answer to the question is no, you have complete flexibility to travel on any day of the week (subject to flight restrictions) for any period, we will tailor your travel plans to meet your exact requirements.
ARE FLIGHTS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?
The majority of our packages are tailor-made so will include flights, however if you have already booked your flights we can provide packages to meet your needs.
DO I HAVE TO STAY FOR A SET DURATION?
We can arrange your holiday for any duration from 3 nights and upwards to a variety of hotels.
DO I HAVE TO PLAY GOLF?
No, the packages are tailor-made to meet your specifications so if you do not want to play golf we can provide a non-golf option, please note that you can add golf at a later stage or indeed book whilst on resort.
ARE THERE ANY HANDICAP LIMITS ON THE GOLF COURSE
The majority of the courses do have handicap limits and will ask you see your handicap prior to playing the course, we will put a note on your invoice to remind you, if you have any questions please contact us.
WILL I NEED TO TAKE A HANDICAP CERTIFICATE?
Many of the courses will request to see a handicap certificate prior to you entering the course, although there may be occasions when you will not be checked, it is always better to carry one with you at all times. If you do not have enough time prior to departure to make the appropriate arrangements, then you should ask your local pro and club secretary to write a letter on official paper stating your playing ability or, if you are not a member of a club, contact Elite Golf Solutions who can, if necessary, provide a golf handicap by the following day.
CAN I PRE-BOOM GOLF BUGGIES?
Buggies are always available for hire, most courses have sufficient buggies for hire and as a result they do not allow them to be pre-booked as there is always availability. If you do require a buggy hire due to a medical condition, then you will be asked to provide some form of documentation that we can then forward onto the respective courses.
WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WHILST ON HOLIDAY?
We have local representatives in most resorts, details on how to contact our representatives will be given to you when you arrive at your destination airport.
If you have a problem that can’t be resolved please call 0161 703 5811, it is imperative that you attempt to sort out the problem while you are on resort and it is far more difficult to sort out the problems once you have returned from holiday to the UK.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I`VE MADE MY BOOKING?
Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a confirmation invoice and booking form providing all details and costs of your holiday. Upon receipt, please check spelling of names, titles and first initials to ensure that they are correct.
If indeed you find an error please notify us immediately by phone/email. Any further alternations to names, which should always be advised to us in writing, will incur an administration charge at a minimum of £25.
WHEN IS THE FINAL BALANCE DUE?
Your final holiday balance is due 12 weeks prior to departure, this date will be shown at the bottom of your confirmation invoice. If your are departing less than 10 weeks from making your booking we will ask for full payment in respect of your holiday. Please note that we do not send reminders prior to payment being due, if paying by cheque please make payable to “Golf Travel Club”
ARE MY GOLF TEE-TIMES BOOKED?
Once your booking has been taken we will ask you for your preferred golf schedule, your confirmation invoice will show a summary of the golf courses and tee-times. When we are in receipt of all your tee-times you will receive an updated invoice showing confirmed golf bookings, please note that we may need to amend the days/courses that you have requested in order to fit in the availability again this will be advised by email or post.
If upon receipt you are unhappy with any of the times or days we will endeavor to change the booking to suit your needs, again all revised schedules will be sent by email or post. If a course is unavailable we will offer a suitable alternative.
